Class Timetable

Mondays:
9.30 - 10.30am
Boxing Circuit
A beginners class, concentrating on a fun workout involving toning, balance and keeping the heart rate up to burn fat and increase your fitness. A great way to prepare you for the Saturday Boxing Class.

Tuesday: 7.30pm to
8.30pm Wednesday:
10.30 - 11.30am
A high energy intermediate to advance class with a variety of exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness and balance, while toning all of your muscle groups… really pushing your training boundaries.

Fridays:
8.30 - 9.30am
Postnatal
A low-to-medium impact class. We welcome all new mums for a workout that is sure to get you back into shape. Your little ones are also welcome in their prams or car seats, while you work on toning those muscles and increasing your strength and fitness.

Saturdays:
8.00 - 9.00am
Boxing
You asked for it… we now have it! An intense Saturday morning wake-up call. This is an intermediate-level Boxing class concentrating on correct technique, cardiovascular fitness and core conditioning. If you're serious about results - this is a class that shouldn't be missed! Please bring your own wraps, gloves are provided.

Do you want to start your own small group training? Find four or more friends and we'll co-ordinate a regular time that suits you best and a training program specially designed for your group.

We now have a 10 x VISIT CLASS ENTRY CARD

£150.00, paid in advance. You will receive your own 10 x visit Class Entry Card
Card allows entry into any 10 classes, within 12months.
To be brought in and signed at each visit.
£20 for an individual class, payable on the day.
